b. Ship the product using a trackable method to the return address provided.
c. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Exchanges: We can also exchange your item if preferred.
- Defective or Damaged Items: Please notify us within 7 days of receipt with images, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
- Non-returnable Items: Items purchased on clearance or customized items are final sale.
